Brookhaven Association, Inc.; a Massachusetts corporation established in the Town of West Brookfield on September 10, 1968 as a local municipality and body politic. In the court case of TOWN OF WEST BROOKFIELD vs BROOKHAVEN ASSOCIATION, INC, Brookhaven Association, Inc. is permanently enjoined from conducting, controlling, managing, and operating under Worcester Superior Court Equity #5811, FINAL DECREE entered January 10 of 1974 citing Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 140: Section 32A.
Brookhaven Association, Inc. conducted, controlled, managed, and operated directly and indirectly without a license after the Final Decree of Worcester Superior Court Equity #5811 entered into law on January 10 of 1974.
The Town of West Brookfield Zoning Officer, citing town by-laws, issued a Zoning CEASE AND DESIST order on July 18 of 1997 to all property owners as listed on Assessors maps# 51 thru 55. Ordered to immediately CEASE AND DESIST from this activity are Brookhaven Association, Inc., its directors, officers, and members, with the threat of a criminal complaint with fines and imprisonment for operating without a license. Attached to the CEASE AND DESIST order was a copy of Worcester Superior Court Equity #5811 FINAL DECREE.
Brookhaven Association, Inc. CLOSED to all persons for all purposes public or private by Brookhaven Association, Inc. elected CEO and officers under the 1997 CEASE AND DESIST.

Brookhaven Condemned Family Campground™, established on November 4, 1999, for the purpose to avoid criminal prosecution for ongoing criminal activity with the penalty of fines and imprisonment, and to take measures necessary for the security of safety, prosperity, and happiness. We are the lawfully dismembered residents of the long-time neglected and now crumbling and decayed infrastructure of Brookhaven Association, Inc., Assessor's map Area 51 through 55.
We the people of this condemned body politic (Brookhaven Association, Inc.) are no longer safe or happy, with our directors, officers, and members permanently enjoined as stated in the FINAL DECREE of Worcester Superior Court Equity #5811, and sustained by the order to CEASE AND DESIST drafted with direct assistance from Massachusetts lawyers: closing Brookhaven.
The members of Brookhaven Association, Inc. (Brookhavenites) are strictly prohibited by Massachusetts law since 1974 and cannot legally VOTE as our meeting hall was closed under CEASE AND DESIST in 1997.
Brookhaven Association, Incorporated, is condemned by law: The Curse of the Black Robe.
Disguised as democracy, the iron fist of corruption remains tightly clenched on the throats of the freedom starved Brookhavenites, subjecting the future of the Brookhaven village to a dark and lowly place of absolute totalitarian and tyrannical rule, with the faint murmurs of injustice fading into history.

The end of the institution, maintenance, and administration of government, is to secure the existence of the body politic, to protect it, and to furnish the individuals who compose it with the power of enjoying in safety and tranquility their natural rights, and the blessings of life: and whenever these great objects are not obtained, the people have a right to alter the government, and to take measures necessary for their safety, prosperity and happiness.
The body politic is formed by a voluntary association of individuals: it is a social compact, by which the whole people covenants with each citizen, and each citizen with the whole people, that all shall be governed by certain laws for the common good. It is the duty of the people, therefore, in framing a constitution of government, to provide for an equitable mode of making laws, as well as for an impartial interpretation, and a faithful execution of them; that every man may, at all times, find his security in them.
Freedom is an idea; a way of thinking, and a way of life. Tyranny is created by a collection of people ignorant to the natural rights of the individual, all the while being zealous in a collective effort to assert their will over others by any device.
A tyrannical form government can be defined as the cause of all our problems and the solution to none, as it is in Brookhaven condemned family campground.
